I love hearing from you folks; your questions, comments, suggestions, and input have helped make this site possible. At the risk of sounding like an asshole, though, I have to request a few things before you e-mail me:

Please read the FAQ page in full. I know it's not complete by any stretch of the imagination, but it should answer most queries that you might have.
This web site is not my personal trading page. Please, I repeat, please do not send e-mails requesting any trades.
Please don't ask me (or Ron Higgins of vhboots.com, for that matter) where to find or buy certain bootleg DVDs or CDs. Ron's list of CDs and any of the lists on this site are for informational purposes only. If you're really in the need for a particular show or CD-R, post a classified ad on the forums and inquire other traders.
If you want a response to an e-mail, please briefly state the nature of the e-mail in the subject line. I receive hundreds of e-mails everyday, so please don't have the subject line read something as vague as just "Van Halen!" or "Hello". And don't send me any spam. Anything that even looks like spam will immediately deleted before it's even opened.

I'd love to hear from you if you have any web design needs. To help both you and I out better, please put in the subject of your e-mail something along the lines of "VHTrading website design" or "trade website help" so I can sort the e-mails through it more efficiently.

Also, if you're needing a site or template please try to come up with some specific ideas of what you want before contacting me: layout, site colors, fonts, graphic placement, images used, and so on.
