Hi,can anybody help me,I've been looking for an excellent copy of Van Halen at the US festival 83 on video or possibly DVD-R.It must be excellent quality(if such an item exists).
I am new to trading and do not have much van halen footage to trade but I have got hundreds of concerts by other bands on video which are all excellent quality. If you can help me let me know which bands you are looking for and maybe we can trade.
Have a Great Christmas

I've got the two disk Fokker DVD set.

I am also in the process of getting a really nice VHS copy to author to DVD. My plan is to put the concert on one DVD with no interview or other footage - concert only. I believe the show is close to two hours long. Two hours is no problem for one DVD, but you're pushing the bitrate, so it has to be high quality video. I'll decide when the time comes. I'm not going to be stupid about it - I'll put it on two disks if I feel it's necessary.

I plan on doing the same for the Largo show, but that won't be until February or March.

Hey guitard,

I had the Focker set (I gave them away) and I've redone the US Fests and am about to start Largo after I finish the Toronto shows. I understand where you're coming from.

If you'd like to team up to knock out twice as many DVD releases in the same amount of time, that'd be cool. A collaboration, if you're interested.
