Hi Dino, welcome to the site. You'll find that everyone here is very helpful and generous in sharing their VH collection. Having said that, you should become familiar with the Newbie Guides on the front page of the web site, and you should also read through the torrenting links as well. If you can educate yourself on the basics, then it won't be very hard for you to join the trading community.
I was (and still am in some respects) a complete newbie a few months ago, but through reading the Newbie links, the FAQ, and just reading through the threads, I've gotten to the point where I can at least participate in a vine, torrent, or trade.
