I wear surgical scrub hats at work. I would like to know where to get enough material with the VH guitar pattern to have a cap made.

You can buy reams of Frankie-striped fabric at Wal-Mart.... :D ;)

Seriously, it would be almost impossible to find material like this nowadays because of licensing issues. EVH's lawyers cracked down hard on this kind of stuff last year. For all you newcomers, here are the deatils:
