I saw that and it made me not order them. I was questionable on the "Value Line" part of the description. I read the reviews and there were a lot of people who were having problems with quantities of discs, so I just didn't order. I picked up some of the cdr's and they came in today in fact.

Good deal, just be aware that those are the Value Line TY's.

“Value Line” DVDs are made by Taiyo Yuden but don’t meet their high standards for premium DVDs. Then the manufacturer sells them as “Value Line”

Still waiting on that RMA. I'm starting to think they don't want them back!

EDIT: I submitted another RMA request and this one came back quickly.

Please keep us updated on how this whole return process plays out. It'll be some good information for all of us who may have future returns with them.

Thanks!

I mailed the discs back on Aug 3rd. I got E-Mail this morning saying that they've credited my CC account with the refund. No further details, and my CC account does not (yet) show the refund.

Edit: The refund posted to the CC account two days later.

Didn't most of the CompUSA stores close? I know the only in the Milwaukee are did and I'm pretty sure hundreds of others did around the same time (recall reading a news item about them).

I'm amazed that they closed but Circuit City is able to stay in business...
