I was looking threw some cassette at a thrift store a little while ago when I stumbled on a VH Cassette tape. On the cover it has Eddie with looks to be his Frankenstin jumping up in the air and below it says "In Concert'' and below that "Van Halen Live" and the then set list:
Side A:
On Fire
Feel Your Love
Run With The Devil
Atomic Punk
Little Dreamer
Get Me A Doctor
Side B:
Aint Talkin' Love
Eruption
D.O.A
Ice Cream Man
You Really Got Me
California 1977
Then on the flip side it says "This RARE Concert Tape is Limited Issue, made for Fans, by the Fan Club. Play Loud, adjust you EQcr O2 and dont forget to ask about other tapes in this collection".
All rights reserved. Made for fan club promotional use only (U.S.A)
Then on the labels on the cassette say "Van Halen In Concert, California 1977 side A, also the same on side B
Just curious to know if this is valuable at all and how much do you think I could get for it? Any help is cool!
Peace
Daniel

my guess would be ---- October 15, 1977 - Pasadena Civic Center ( from the set list provided ) could be wrong though...as for you selling it...Well its not nice to sell boots here....and as for $$$ well you could probably get what you paid for it or less...depending what the condition of the tape is....If it is the Oct. 15 show...there are a ton of those boots around on cds...

I looked at the setlist for that concert, Seen that Run With the Devil with switched around with Your Really Got Me so.. might be a diffrent one but I have no idea, I'm not even much of a Van Halen fan so yeah lol.
If it was diffrent from what you say, I would sell any bootlegs of it. Would only sell tape so someone and they can do whatever they want with it. |
