check the clock... just crossed the border and got home. Too pumped to sleep.
FU%%IN' AMAZING!!! 22 years and well worth the wait. Wolfie & Al were TIGHT! Dave and Ed were having a blast on stage (the seperate dressing rooms must work). the crowd was into it (I was in the 300's and EVERYBODY WAS STANDING & DANCING for the entire show),
Interesting notes:
new blues intro to Panama.
Ed screwed up cathedrials in solo, screams "F#ck" into the mic & continues on.
It seemed that the scalpers are biting the bullet on this one. They were EVERYWHERE outside selling tickets. It was like the stock market outside.
All I can really say is it was just incredible. You can really tell the difference from tonights show and the earlier bootlegs. They sound better and tighter as a group. Assuming the egos stay in tact, I see a very strong future for Ed & the boys.

| I was in section 305. I've never been that high for a concert before and I got a kick out of seeing all the lights for the screens of the cameras in the audience. |

went to both Toronto shows, awesome both nights....i sat side near wolfie on sunday and that was a cool angle to see the stage.
Last nights show i was dead center and saw the show full on. Unreal...sound wasnt great at the start, but they sorted it out real quick.
Is it just me or are they not mentioning any of the city names while speaking "Hello Toronto" "Hello Cleveland"....this makes me think they are recording every show and most likely will release a live album. Its possible and most likely ive just not noticed the cities mentioned...
I dont see a Live DVD coming from the Footage they are shooting for the big screen.
why?
1. It isnt lit for Television...Wolfie is barely shot on screen and when it is he is not lit well. He isnt lit well on stage at all..
2. The way the footage is edited live it's edited for the screen and not for a DVD or Telelvison audience....no wide shots, few tight close-ups...
3. No Jib....those big crane shots....
with a few changes they could easily use the existing camera set up for a live DVD...a few lights, a few extra cameras...and they got a dvd.
thats just my cents on a possible official release audio and video...
over all, these past 2 shows are some of the best live shows i have even seen. Just great to see them all enjoying themselves and the crowds being so into it.
The Dave and Wolfie act during unchained is getting less awkward...wolfie just about grabbed the mic out of daves hand last night which was pretty funny... |

I was in sec 106, Wolfies side. Great seats. Im still pumped up. Excellent show.
I noticed someone about three rows down from us filming the show with a cam.
Looks like they were filming the big screen. :D |
