Since I am in Pittsburgh, and I am on vacation during the Philly and Cleveland shows, I decided to buy tickets to this show. I am in section 242, row 11. Now I just have to find a hotel room for Saturday night. Any recommendations????? Thanks!!!

There are a few real close, there is a Sheraton, that is right there and a Marriot, I stayed at the Marriot after the 04 show, and if you haven't been to the CAA, it is a great place to tailgate, probably the best around, as long as you are over 21 the cops don't hassle you at all!

I've never been there before. Any idea how well you can see from 210?

Depends how high you are in 210. 200 level at this arena is quite steep so the lower you are the better off you are, but either way, it isn't terrible.

One thing to keep in mind for tailgating. They are doing a ton of construction in the complex parking lot so parking is somewhat difficult now in where you can and can't go. If you park in the garage right next to the arena, I believe they don't allow you to tailgate. You might be better off parking near Giants Stadium and walking over the pedestrian bridge if you want to tailgate without worrying. Ton of room over there.

Another pointer - they usually charge either $15 or $20 to park for events at the Arena. However, Meadowlands Racetrack offers free parking and is in the sports complex as well. Sometimes you still have to pay up front but they give you a coupon if you say you are going to the track - they you just bring it inside the track and they hand you $20. This is a common practice during Jet/Giant preseason games.

I was just there this past Sunday for the Jets game, my recomendation is to park by 10A in the Stadium lot if you can get there, it is right by the covered walkway and was an easy out after the football game, it is a mess over there, but with a good plan can be easy to navigate. I am going to try to get there by 4, to really enjoy the day, hoepfully the weather will cooperate.
