I got 2 in section C2 (which doesn't exist on the seating chart)! I would think it's the back C1 section...

I'll be there, but a friend I haven't seen in 3 years said he's going old school, blasting metal & drinking in the lot (even if it's supposed to be 40 degrees). I think it's only fitting...

The show was great! It was pretty much what I expected it to be. The set list was exactly the same as it's been. They started early & played for 2 hours. The opening act was Bob Marley's son, he was decent if you like reggae. He was smart enough to do a couple of his dad's songs. Place was sold out. They were loud, but not as loud as I expected. I must be going deaf LOL. Dave wore black leather pants, 3 matador jackets, 2 top-hats (Ed even wore one of Dave's at one point) and a captains hat at the end. He looked like the lost member of the Village People. Ed had on army pants and an open shirt, which was off half way through the show. And red sneakers that actually covered his feet. Dave sounded great, some of the best singing I've heard from him. The band was tight, well rehearsed, almost too good. That's my only critique of the show, there was very little spontaneity. But they plowed through about 25 songs. No BS rants from Dave. He did some high kicks and judo moves. Ed did at least one "flying Eddie" and jumped around a lot. Al's solo was better than expected; Ed's was good. If Ed played anything wrong during the show, I didn't catch too much of it. I'm not a guitar player so ignorance is bliss in this case. :-) Wolfie is a decent bassist. I was surprised I actually heard him in the mix as I thought Ed would drown him out. Everyone got along on stage & looked like they were having a good time. Dave & Ed are in great shape. Wolfie was not LOL. The band nailed "Romeo Delight", just really got that one right. "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love" was done well too. Surprisingly, no "Magic Bus" during "Romeo Delight" or "Spoonful" during "Somebody Get Me Doctor." Ed played a Starburst guitar most of the night. He brought out his classic Frankie (red/black/white stripes) for a song or two, and another guitar that he will sell on eBay for mucho $$$ because now he can say he played it onstage. Ironically it was during "I'll Wait," a keyboard song. Wolfie played a bass version of Frankie. Al's drums look like one of the t-shirts. So it was a good time. And I got a bootleg shirt.
