Ok so this morning (btw i'm in Buffalo, NY) Im listening to Opie & Anthony and they discuss that the tour was being cancelled due to rehab rumors again. Now I hit the "oh shit here we go again" button and start loking for official word. I find nothing and neither does my friend going to the show with me. Now it's funny because 9 hours later, the afternoon radio show is discussing the tour and the rumor of a cancellation they heard from a source (O&E are broadcast on same radio in AM).
I have found nothing to support the claim, nor do I want to cause the panic. I'm just sharing the story. Just think how much $$$ Ticketbastards would make on non-refundable ticket fees. |

I listen to O&A a lot although I did not listen today. Knowing these guys, I would say they were kidding. They aren't too serious about a lot of stuff. Did they cite a source of the rumors? I know they take a lot from the daily NY newspapers, which depending on what section they got it from, could also just be rumor.
Opie & Anthony, along with Jim Norton who is a regular on the show aren't the biggest of VH fans so I don't know how much I'd believe of what they are saying.
It is a great show though. |

For those in the know, today was Make Stuff Up Tuesday. A little gag they like to play, and apparently it worked. Only the early risers are on to the joke. They take a caller and if the "story" sounds real, they go with it. Last week it was an Alien was hit by a truck in Nevada.
No need to panic. |

| It was damn funny that later in the day the afternoon show ran with the same story. i know there is no love lost between O&A and Diamond Dave (butted heads during the radio stini for Dave), I forgot about Make Stuff Up Tuesday. Just like Guinness.... BRILLIANT |
