If it's any help, when the Chicaho shows went on sale, ticketmaster.com put me in a queue of 20-25 minutes. The "waiting to pull tickets" screen refreshed with new time updates every once and a while. After the 20 minutes or so, the screen finally changed and I had tickets.
So the question is, in those 20 minutes, was everyone else on the phone and in person pulling and buying tickets? If so (and I think so), then I would suggest buying by phone or in person.
If I had to choose, I would probably go with the "in person" route. Find a TicketMaster location (they just announced a bunch for Macy's I think) that is out of the way, that no-one knows about and go there.
Good luck! |

Been trying that online, and it's not the case here. |

Got mine.
Section 116, row 27. Ed's side of the stage.
Pretty much the section I was hoping for. I didn't want or desire floor seats.
Lower would've been nice, as my wife is sitting here with me, but that's what binoculars are for. |

Got tickets in Section 204. Not great seats, but the price was right. Looking forward to a good time.

Eh, I'm sure they'll have screens on both sides of the stage.
Take a pair of binoculars with you, and you'll be fine.
I wanted to search for better seating when they went on sale, but 116 is the section I wanted, and since it popped up on my first search I jumped at it.
Anyways, after I bought those seats, I did a search for other seats, and the seating system was jumping all over the arena, mostly in the areas located towards the back on the venue. I'm glad I grabbed the ones I bought when I did. |
