Ron,
How many rehearsals have they done?

I have to admit, I was highly skeptical of this whole tour, but after seeing the photos and seeing how many rehearsal shows they are doing, I am feeling much better about it and am actually getting excited to see them in 2 weeks.
The number of full-show rehearsals really shows that they are committed to putting on a good show. |

Now they are watermarked... and with a message:
Sean/FULL BUG/NO BOZOS...And EVERYONE ELSE...
Not sure how you feel about others stealing your things... but I am hoping that you do understand. Sharing the photos would have been fine... but you did not contact/ask me... and thought that it was ok for you to steal them from my site. It is against the law. It is simple. Like I said... I would have been cool with you sharing them... but not taking them... and especially cropping the watermark off them.
I have noticed that you have stolen 40/close to... Van Halen pictures from my site. They are copyrighted for a reason... along with a watermark that is added. You have referred to me as "this guy"... without simply contacting me, to ask if you could post them or use them. You have stated that you were going to "snag" them... instead of simply posting the link... or simply writing me. I would have had no problem sending them to you... but you have taken them from my site WITHOUT permission AND for the most part cropped out my watermark.
Simply delete your posts from diamonddavidleeroth.com and/or wherever else that you have chosen to... and do not post/share ANY of the pictures that you have stolen from my site again.
Thanks.

1) This story from last Sunday that talked about the show on Saturday night (Sept.8th) http://www.vhtrading.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=15132
2) This story from last Thursday talking about the show on Thursday night (Sept.12th) http://www.vhtrading.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=15157
3) Hmmm, turns out the 3rd story (not posted at vhtrading) came from the same Sept.12th show as #2. That's my mistake, I hadn't checked the dates.
4) Jeff Findley's photos came from a date that isn't Sept.8th or Sept.12th as evidenced by the clothing worn on stage. As far as I know, Jeff Findley hasn't said what date those pics were taken, but it's not one of the two above dates.
So that's 3 rehearsals for sure. Sorry about eluding to a 4th, that was my mistake for not checking the date on story #3. |

Let's not forget...there are full rehearsals (the full stage, the lights, the full crew...the whole shabang...), and then there are regular band rehearsals, probably going down at 5150.
Presumably, there have been numerous non-full rehearsals - and they are also very important in getting everyone on the same page and getting ready to rock.
Side note: these full rehearsals must cost a small fortune. |

I'm curious as to whether they are tearing the place down, loading it on the trucks, then unloading it and setting it back up for every full rehearsal show. I've got to imagine that they need to practice that stuff too....seeing how it all fits into the trucks, how long it takes, etc...
...and how does the Faithful Central Bible Church deal with the stage setup? |
