It sounds like Rad was pissed that only one guy signed up to help him out, but I think he should have waited a few more days. I mean, he DID ask on Thanksgiving eve. A lot of people are busy through the end of this weekend.

I thought that he meant that other members of this site got the disc, and they needed to set up the tree. How can he burn a copy for others, if he already stated he was having burning issues?

I thought the same thing when I just read it. Sounded like he wanted people who had the copy already but I guess not. I would have given it a few more days but I guess I can understand if it gets 100 views and only 1 response why he would be annoyed. I don't have a copy and would have been happy to help.

I never even saw that post that Radikal did... I'm sure he would of had a better response if it wasn't the Thanksgiving eve... Like Guitard posted most of us were busy traveling or busy trying to prepare for the Holiday.

I will send Radikal a PM to see what I can do to help him out because it sucks he's authoring all these great shows and when he needs help nobody stepped up but that was because everybody was busy for Thanksgiving.

I think in general its always the same people offering shows
authoring them, treeing, etc.

He is having problems with his burner and was hoping that somebody would step up and run the tree since he has no time (Too many projects!) and last rights of his burner... It's always the same ole' members who step up but wanted to see somebody other then the same ole' people help with this tree.

I'm willing to run the tree and maybe Radikal can squeeze 2 more DVDs out of his dying burner?

It gets pretty frustrating when the same people do all the work. Probably the same 10 People do all the trees and search out the shows. Rad of late has been working his ass off for everyone Authoring shows, running 2 of the Biggest Trees this site has seen since the 2004 tour. It's exhausting. None of you are kids, and some of you do step up and run trees and help out. But some of you dont. How about taking the time and running a tree. Worst case scenerio only a few people sign up. But least you got an idea of how a tree works and offered to help out.

This site is nothing without the members that donate their time to make it an enjoyable community of collectors and fans.

remember this hobby is supposed to be fun for all and all about sharing..that includes the workload of getting the shows out to people.

step up and offer to run some trees....

the excuse i dont have time is bullshit, because the same people that say they dont have time to run one tree are all signed up for 4 or 5 different trees in the matter of 2 weeks.

lastly, search out some shows, ask questions... find the shows....it's not that hard.

There are at least 3 VH 2007 shows that are out in trading circles that are not even being looked at for some reason.

Rad's cool. Once the show arrives I'll set up the structure and start getting it right out to folks. Be patient. It's coming.......

Rad is a great person and a valuable person to this site and the trading community... I can see why he is fustrated where he has ran some big tree's here since the last VH tour in 2004... He has too many projects to work on and with his burner going out it makes running a tree impossible.

I'm glad to see somebody finally step in and help out... In order to share what we get and what we have we do need help... I know with the Torrents people don't want to lift a finger except for a few clicks of the mouse... Now that Torrents make things easier and faster for people they come here thinking just because they are members here they expect everything to come to them easy... It's the gimmie, gimmie, gimmie attitude and thats too bad.

This is the reason I stopped creating artwork and I stopped authoring shows because no matter what you do there will be somebody out there who wants something better then what you are offering.

This is the reason why we have the requirements for the tree's and for Torrents here to prevent the fly by night members who join in here hoping for a freebie to never be seen again. Trust me, the members who were here in 2004 can tell ya the HORROR!!!

Thank you wjamflan for stepping up and I know there are a bunch of members here who have done so much for the site.. Offering to run a tree, branch or even passing along freebies to people..

I agree 110% and without these people this site wouldn't be here and a matter of fact all the Torrent sites wouldn't be here either if it wasn't for people who make an effort to share the music.
