It was a great tour!!! Went to the one in Los Angeles and when Metallica hit the stage the show turned into GA instead of reserved seating!

It was a great show...I saw it twice.
I saw the MOR show in Dallas (Cotton Bowl) and Memphis (Liberty Bowl), about a week apart. Sammy lost his voice during the Dallas show and they had to end the show early. He promised the crowd a free show to make up for his lost voice, hence, that is where the famous free show in Dallas Alley came from. |

| Saw the show at the Hoosier Dome in Indy. Really different to see a concert in the daylight. |

My favorite part is where they brag that the tour bus will be loaded with wine coolers!!!! Is that 80's or what?!
I caught the show in Spokane. A local radio station had us sign a petition at 7-11's to get the tour to stop in our small market. They got like 20,000 signatures or something like that and they came! Then Sammy told us all on stage that they were gonna come anyway... :irked:
What I remember most about the show tho, was how loud Metallica was. It was outside, broad daylight and my ears were bleeding from 100 yards away. |

Wow, I remember that commercial very well (I may have even taped in on VHS at the time?)
I saw Monsters of Rock in Indianapolis. Sammy had laryngitis (this was the first time I had ever seen =VH= and it was a let-down).
The Scorpions stole the show--they were awesome. |
