I am going to be in New York City from March 14 through 20, and just noticed the VH will be playing at Madison Square Garden on Monday the 17th.

I went to the Web Site and tried to get tickets to the show, but when I type in any ticket amount in "best available" section I get a message that no matches were found. It isn't showing that it is sold out, but I can't get tickets for the show through Ticket Master.

Getting to my point, any New Yorkers (or folks from the area) who can hook up a southern boy coming to the big city to see VH. This will be my first trip ever to see New York City. It would be a bonus if I could land my hands on 3 tickets(me, the wife, and son), without paying scalpers prices...right now the scaplers want about double the face value of the tickets.

Any one out there in the NYC area got any ideas?

Yep, it's completely sold out as far as TM is concerned. Good luck with the quest!

Wait until about a week before the show and check TM again. Some tickets oftentimes show up then.

Thanks guys. I did check out TM Exchange and Stub Hub, but folks are wanting $150 for a $50 ticket.

I did find some $75 tickets where they are only asking $120 per ticket. I guess I never realized the amount of scalping that went on with these sites.

I will keep checking, but probably just show up on the night of the show and see if I can find someone looking to get their money back. I'm sure there are folks out there not trying to capitolize on VH by scalping tickets...

But, if any of you folks in the NYC area hear of anyone with a couple or three extra tickets...keep me in mind.

I was at the show and just returned to Scotland today. I also recorded the whole thing but i do not know how good it will be as it was pretty far from the stage and it was on a Sony camera like the one that San Deigo was caught on. I need the best person for DVD transfer to send me a PM.
The show at Madison was recorded by VH 100% for a dvd release.
Kick ass show. The New York crowd were totally up for it :D A real delight to see after travelling all that way :D

Really? I had a friend who went and he didn't see any additional cameras there, and he was looking for them. I hope YOU'RE right. :D Glad you saw a good show after traveling all that way.

I'd love to have a copy of this show also I was at the MSG show on 5/23 as well. I did notice additional crew members with cameras within the first 20 rows or so and in front of the stage. I was in Sec 2, row P which was about 10 feet off the barricade at the bottom right portion of the "S" in the stage. They followed Dave and Wolfie as soon as they set foot onto the steps leading out into the crowd portion of the "S" and also got crowd shots of the people up along the barricade. Will an official release come out? Time will tell but for now I'll take what I can get! (oh, and if anyone has the MSG 11/13 video to trade throw me a PM as I was at that one too and only have the audio but would like the video as well.)

That would be Radikal or Guitard - Let's make this happen... we want a DVD! :)

Thank you for making the effort to record it, I hope it turns out nice.
