Anyone ever heard of this guy? I was fumbling around on the internet and found that he was technically in VH back in 1996, or at least the VH boys recorded some demos with him.

Here is the wikipedia write up on him. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitch_Malloy

Here is an interview with him as he discussed his brief time with VH. http://www.melodicrock.com/interviews/mitchmalloy.html

Yeah man, Mitch Malloy put out a solo record in the early 90's. I remember because his voice is pretty good and my man Mickey Curry recorded the drums on the record. He was "in" VH briefly after Sam left in '96 I think, recorded some demos with them but that's about it. I know he's on MySpace and he's got a nice voice also from what I remember.

You wonder what would have ever happened with VH had Mitch joined the band instead of Gary Cherone.

Wonder if there are any recordings out there of his Demos with VH.

I've read that interview, too, but otherwise never heard of the guy! I'll have to go see if Youtube has anything of him...
