Tuesday, March 18, 2008
Ozzy Osbourne has given up making plans for a Black Sabbath 40th anniversary tour - because his bandmates cannot make their minds up.
The rocker first heard there was a big tour planned and the next thing he knew, it had been called off.
And now Osbourne's tired of all the confusion.
He tells the Sydney Morning Herald newspaper, "If it happens, it happens, if it don't, it don't... You get a phone call: 'It's off!' Then it's back on again."
"You know what? I don't want to say yes, and I don't want to say no, because I've put my foot in my mouth so many times. If it's meant to happen, it will happen."
Osbourne's former Sabbath bandmates are currently touring with Ronnie James Dio as Heaven & Hell. |

| Honestly I would rather see another Heaven and Hell tour they were awesome last year when I saw them.I saw Sabbath with Ozzy 4 times from 97 to 2004 while I enjoyed it very much he will only stick to certain songs. If they played some different tunes then it would be cool. |

| I agree with all. Heaven and Hell rocks! I seen them twice last year. I enjoy Black Sabbath more with Dio, then I do Ozzy. I also like Ozzy, but more as a solo artist. Looking forward to the next Heaven and Hell album and tour.... |

I have heard Heaven and Hell will be hitting the road with Priest this summer. I would much rather see H&H then Ozzy led Sabbath.
I have wondered how well a Ozzy Sabbath show will sell overall. he last few tours on the Ozzfest, I always say droves of people leaving after Priest, Madien set was complete. |

Would be cool I think to see the true Sabs tour again, bring the original heavy metal power back to the masses.
Sabbath without Ozzy just isn't Sabbath and never has been, I don't care how much you love The Mob Rules. I got no problem w/Dio (he forever will remind me of Carla from Cheers, think about it!) personally, but it's just not Sabbath.
Give me Ozzy, Geezer, Bill, & Tony to rock the metal world! |

I'd prefer the Heaven & Hell line up. Ozzy is great or should I say was great.
But I'm more in favour of Ronnie James Dio. He may not have got the looks, but he sure does have the greatest voice in Rock History |

| i had tickets to see ozzy with randy and motley crue open ,we all know what happened there, but he came back with u.f.o and it was great i saw him again in 84 B.A.T.M tour again he was great ,but when i saw him in 86 i did not like him ,the best thing about the concert was metallica opened and even with a broken arm james kicked ass,the first time i saw dio was on the mob rules tour. i met him in 94 and i will tell you this,if you ever meet dio you will walk away and say man he is a great guy. ozzy will always be black sabbath. i don"t think he can do big tours anymore and dio can. just my thoughts |

I couldn't agree more. I also had the pleasure of meeting him a few years back, and he is a great guy. He was kind enough to sign some stuff and pose for some pictures. |
