I have Old number 7 just curious if there is a better version out there. I know that YRGM is edited in with happy trails from a poor source. Just curious if there is a better copy somewhere. I have a video copy that seems a little better than old number 7 but it does not have the whole concert its missing the final encore.

How does the audio compare with Old #7? My video tape audio is much better. The audio on the DVD is ear piercing.

The audio on BTB 20th Aniv. Edition is not that bad but the audio on Old #7 is suppose to be best audio source out of all the US Fest releases.

Wow thats hard to believe, The highs own Old #7 are bad and allmost distorted I may need to try equing the sound a little bit. I compared my VHS copy to Old#7 last night and they are from the same source but the audio on my VHS sounds much better when turned up. The DVD audio is a little clearer but the highs make it tough to listen to.

I know that portions of the US festival were broadcast on the radio, I recorded a couple of them I had Judas Priest, and Ozzy I'm not sure about VH but surely there is a better audio source that could be added to the video?

 I'm not sure what version I have. It says thanks Kevin (for lending the tape) and The name Fuggy. There are some bonus vids Oakland '81, YRGM vid, P W vid.

One of these versions is supposed to have backstage interviews, no? If so which version is that one?

Is there more than one BTB version or is it the 20th anniversary edition?

Does anyone have screen shots of these?

Also, is Old#7 a DVD or an audio boot?

Sounds like you have Old #7... but not sure about the Kevin and Fuggy bit, can't find that on the discs?

Imo, By The Bottle's :yell: 20th anni is best (with backstage bits), although the sound on old7 is better.

BY THe bOttlE... LOL!!! :D

My version has a blue page with the credits to Kevin and Fuggi right after the US Fest. footage then the videos (Dance The Night Away is also included) Also, disc 1 has a menu problem you can't access the last page of chapters

Does Old#7 version have "Old #7" in the menu?

It sound like the BTB 20th anniversary one has the backstage footage then, Does the BTB version have the BTB title??

I checked Old7 again and yes it does have the Kevin credit. No there's no mention of the Old7 in the menu etc. think this was an after thought... so you have Old 7 there mate.

ah I'm guessing some are from lower generations then others. I've never heard of different names of the same bootleg before.
