The closest video from the Monsters of Rock tour is East Rutherford, NJ 6/26/88. The taper must have been about twenty to thirty rows back on the floor. Some decent shots but shaky and a whole lot of arms and heads in the way. I don't think there is a real good video from the MOR tour. Buffalo, NY 6/19/88 is pretty good. Nice menus with a clear view, it's just shot from a ways up. If I have to pick, these are my two favorites East Rutherford and Buffalo.

I am a huge fan of that tour & line-up. Killer bands!!!

The NJ is the best I have seen... but the cam is very shaky and hard to watch at times. It is too bad there is no pro shot material from that tour. I know MTV filmed some for a special... I would love to get the stuff they didn't use.

oh you can bet there is pro shot footage... whole concerts for that matter of the MOR tour and all the others.

its just a matter of the band releasing them. They have stated for years that they have taped shows from every tour and hid them away.

what a shame...... :yell: :yell:

The Miami 88 MOR and 07.03.88 Dallas MOR shows are also on DVD... Not sure about the quality as I haven't watched them in years.

I heard Metallica played a medley of songs by all the bands on the tour - did they do that at EVERY show?

Do any of these vids include the medley?

I saw this line up twice (Dallas and Memphis), but don't recall if they played a medley or not...but back then, I was "recreationally buzzed" quite a bit.
