I found myself listening to Bursting Out, their live CD, and I didn't realize how great a group they are. Are there any DVD's from that era available commercially or on bootleg?
Thanks,
Mark |

| Ahh the memories that album brings back. In the days of my misspent youth, Bursting Out was one of the albums that found its way to the turntable a lot while my buddies and I spent hours playing poker in the basement. Bursting Out, All the World's a Stage and Hemispheres by Rush, Foghat Live, Cheap Trick at Budokan...the soundtrack of my high school years in the 80s. |

| High School for me was 1979-1983...some of the best rock to come out at that time...VH, RUSH, Iron Maiden, Rainbow, Judas Priest, ELO, Queen, Triumph, Sabbath, DIO...I can keep going on and on and on... |

I don't have any DVD Tull material, but I've got a pretty decent audio boot from '77, entitled "First Show in '77". It was recorded at the Pasadena Civic Aud., Jan.14, '77.
PM me if you're interested. |

Thanks Ken for the show. I'm listening to This Was today and that is a very different album than what they would become. You can hear bits of what would become the Tull sound...great flute from Ian. I would love to get some more Tull bootlegs...if anyone has, please let me know.
Thanks,
Mark |
