| Question about editing shows and putting menus and chapters in I know nero changes the files and messes with the quality.So my question is what is the best freeware for the job that you recommed.I have some vhs too copy on my standalone to vhs.Then I wana take it to my PC and add menus and chapters. |

There may be some but you are limited and quality aint as good....I suggest you invest in proper authoring prog if you want to do it right ;)
Sony Vegas,Tmpgenc,Ulead,DVD Archithect...These are just a few to name and they do the job right :D |

I think once upon a time I had found some freeware but it was really, really bad. Very, very confusing and it re-encoded the video and I think you need some other piece of Freeware so it combined different software and did all sorts of stuff. It wasn't user friendly and was extremely limited. I agree with radikal. Those are the most common and the best. |
