Jannus Landing with a capacity of around 1,500 can make for an intimate night with one of your guitar rock gods when growing up. Ever since I was a young lad I only knew the world according to KISS. Playing air guitar until my fingers bled rockin to KISS alive. It really brings you back. It was a chance to see ACE up close. A truly enjoyable show. I decided to go with the DPA 4061 because its an outside venue and i thought i would have a chance to get close. The DPA 4061 did not disappoint. A real " natural" sound.

You are very welcome and way too kind.
I think this show rocks, but maybe a little thin, sounds really good with headphones. I was about 12 feet from the stack.
The PA at Jannus just does not pump out the sound due to ordinance.
I really like track 10 -- shout it out loud, i dont think he did it the entire tour.
I went with the DPA 4061 instead of the DPA 4022 to see if i can get a BIG sound out of the little ones |
