Two questions.
#1 I've downloaded the original theatrical releases of Star Wars (4,5 & 6) and each movie is one big AVI. How do I go about getting this on the DVD?
#2 I've downloaded some audio stuff from one of my Star Wars boards and they are all in RAR; how do I get that converted? I did some poking around online but couldn't find anything free that worked correctly. I don't really want to pay money for the converter since it'll be a one time thing.
Thanks! :thumb: |

Depending on size of file if the AVI is under 700MB you can burn DATA on CD-R only if your DVD player plays DIVX/XVID files all you do is burn them DATA..... Otherwise you need prog like NERO,ConvertXTODVD,DVDFAB,ULEAD...etc that will convert files to make DVD |

Checkout WinRAR to uncompress the RAR files.

I would use ULead to get the movies onto DVD. It will retain quality, you can add menus, and even chapters. Very nice program.
What Star Wars audio are you interested in? I have quite a bit in FLAC. |

I use WinRAR too ... I don't use RAR that often but it does the trick. :thumb:

DVD Players that play Divx are selling for like 30 bucks ... it maybe a wise investment if you are going to obtain more AVI files. Otherwise I have had success with ConvertXTODVD. Picture looked great and the DVD was awesome! :thumb: |
