hey guys
im curious ive bought a brand new olympus ds30 stereo digital recorder and im wonderin what i program i need to get to make the recordings i make louder and add chapter points this machine came with the usb port cable and it can handle 4 and half hours of recording in stereo at up to 19000 hz ive recently done a colin hay show and want to make the sound louder the show came out fanastic im not lookin to spend more than 100 dollars on programs any recommendatios thanx in advance :thumb:

There's a free evaluation period, after which it's an honor system of buying a license for $50.
I don't think it will add chapter points, but you can export each song as it's own wav file (which will make each a chapter when you burn it to audio CD).

For spitting tracks, I use CD Wave (very simple program to use):

I know a lot of folks hate anything that has the word Nero in it, but I use Nero Wav editor for volume boosts. Works fine for me.
