WOW!!!
this must be the ONLY time they played ATBL on the F.U.C.K tour. I have NEVER seem that tune on this tour other than this show. This was the only tour they did not play ATBL.
This must be a real gem just because of the raritiy of the track.....

Dirq has already posted a link with all the info..... see above. I put it to DVD a couple of months ago, its audience shot probably 2nd/3rd gen ....nothing special really.
I am happy to hook Rob up with a copy if he can distribute it further.

Wow, I didn't know this was out there... I attended this show!
I dunno about the date though. My ticket stub date was Thur. Nov 14, 1991 but that date was postponed by one month as I remember because I attended at B.C. Place on Wed Nov 13, 1991 and Sammmy's voice was shot due to a cold so he said they would take a month off.
I dunno the actual that date I was in Tacoma. |

Mofo, you were at the 11/13 show in Vancouver? do you remember the bass player from Alice in chains taking over from Mikey for one song? now that would be a first to have on tape!
Sammy did cancel the 11/14 show but didn't take a month off, not sure if they played the next night in Sacramento (11/15) it's not down as cancelled? The rescheduled 11/14 show was on 1/22 in Tacoma, the footage backs this up at the beginning with the cam date of Jan 22. |

One on it's way mate. It's pretty poor filming, hand held all over the place at times.
Big thanks to Rodney C for the vhs and ChrisUK for the conversion to disc. Some time back this one. |

I was there but I must have missed that! The room acoustics in B.C. Place are very poor. There is a long decay time due to the reverberant field. Alice In Chains was not very legible. The sound in the Tacoma Dome is very good.
I honestly don't know what the date was though, There is some scribble on the ticket stub but it is most likely an initial. I used to listen to KISW 100 FM Seattle, WA on a good day it would blast in Van with little drift I remember the day of show they said there were still a few tix. left so I thought I'd take a chance and drive to Tac. I sure was happy with the price of the tickets... $22.50 as compared to $38.50 for the Van show... it basically equated to enough beer money for 4 torpedos of Budweiser before the show instead of only one! I didn't get back to Vancouver until about 05:30 am. I had an awesome time!
I'd love to get a copy of this one. I could re-live the memory! |
