Hi there, i have just been rumaging through my old cd collection and have come accross two bondage recordings of vanhalan shows. The first is called Dallas diver and the second is called more uk invasion
Are these actual official releases as the cd and cover appear to be genuine but i cannot find anything about them online?
I expect they could be worth something as they dont appear to be mainstream released?
any info would be greatly appreciated

They are bootleg recordings.

I think UK Invasion is from 06/19/80 or 06/23/80 or something like that isn't it?

That would be Bondage First UK Invasion but the original post queried a release called More UK Invasion which isn't on vhboots and looks to be a May 1978 compilation ? check this link http://giginjapan.com/scan86/vh-moreuk.html

I agree, it looks like "More UK Invasion", but the original poster said he was rummaging through his "old" cd collection and found these shows. These '78 UK shows from the compilation on Bondage didn't see the light of day until the last couple of years. Perhaps the original poster considers a year or more as being the "old" collection.

DISC 1 1-12: Live at Apollo Theatre, Manchester, UK May 22, 1978
DISC 1 13-24: Live at Gaumont Theatre, Ipswich, UK May 28, 1978
DISC 2 1-13: Live at Victoria Hall, Hanley, Trent UK May 23, 1978
DISC 2 14-23: Live at Colston Hall, Bristol, UK May 26, 1978

yeah that is correct the first disc is apollo then ipswich then hanley then bristol? I cant understand why it looks so professional not like my other bootlegs were they limited release at all? are any of you guys interested in trading it ?

and actually ga5150 they are my deceased fathers collection and i didn't wake him up from the dead to see how old this cd was nor was there any information on it? Guessing the date on the shows i thought they may be old? I didnt want to start the post of a dull start but ga5150 seems to find the best in people

Huh....? I'm not sure what exactly you mean in this reply, but it seems I said something to offend you. Nothing rude or offensive was intended. I was simply dissecting the post to try to figure out what you had, just like everyone else. People could see old as being a varying array of time, so that's all I was trying to say when I questioned the age of the shows.
