I've looked all over for this also and can't seem to find a listing. I thought maybe VHND, or Roth Army, or DDLR sites, but I can't find them anywhere.

I know it's not a great help, but I think we can safely say it's between 02/23/91 and 03/30/91. I've also got a list of dates we can prove it not being....

I found this-
David Lee Roth Munich, Germany 03/08/91 2 VCD
It's listed under the vcd section at: http://www.vhvault.com/thecollection/videos.shtml
I also found the same listing on Fletch's list under his VHS listings. He say's it was a PAL transfer and he has the original PAL tape. I also noticed he has DLR Brussels, Belgium 03/21/91, that doesn't look circulated.

I am getting both in trades, at the moment. |
