I actually did see them back in those days (I guess that shows my age), and they were an opening act!
I will never forget seeing everyone's jaws dragging the ground after watching Eddie play his solo, and when they killed the lights and he started his noodleing on the guitar with the distortion and wammy bar before the opening song "On Fire"....man, the hair still stands up on the back of my neck thinking about it! |
