Ron - Others say similar things - is it because Nero alters the files or why do you advise against it ? |

The number of people that have trouble with Nero FAR exceeds the problems people have with other apps. When those Nero trouble people use other apps, they are typically very happy. Nero is bad news. For those it works for, that's great, but I think it's far more trouble than it's worth (even if it was free).
Don't get me started on how Nero thinks it's smarter than the average bear... |

Apparently if what I read is correct. The MPAA acquired DVD Decrypter and changed it from a free license product to a licensed product but won't issue any licenses. Therefore no one can distribute it any longer and if you already have it you're suppose to delete it. Fortunately there are plenty of places on the 'net you can grab it. You just have to look aruond a little bit and you can still find it. It is one of the greatest programs ever. The person that developed Decrypter is also apparently the person behind ImgBurn. |
