| I wish there was a universal date code for the Day/Month/Year listings.Here in Quebec and Europe we use the Day/Month/Year, and the U.S uses Month/Day/Year.All this leads to confusion and errors.Are others also experiencing the same problems? :confused: |

I found it to be a bit of a hassle, too.
I like the way it looks in this order Year/Month/Day this way a list becomes in chronological order, the list is legible and I can see what's what. I used this order to tag audio files played on Winamp. |

If everyone used letters instead of numbers for months that would answer many questions
01-03-80 ... could be January 3rd or March 1st
... BUT ...
01-MAR-80 or MAR-01-80 can only be March 1st.
Typically I use DAY-MONTH-YEAR and use letters for month ... 01-MAR-1980.
That's just me. |
