The place was packed and it was....Very loud. My ears are still ringing. :yell:

Lots of security, but I was able to pull off a recording. Just need to get it transferred to my PC and then throw it up here for you guys.

So, what was the crowd reaction? I saw them last week in Oakland CA, and as expected most of the crowd was anywhere from 30 to 45 years old - I'm 43. I had second row balcony seats, dead center. For the majority of the concert most of the people in the balcony (over 1/2 the crowd) were sitting down watching the show like it was a movie or something. I and a few friends in my row were on our feet rocking, and a few people behind us were yelling at us to sit down. I turned around and told them to go fuck themselves.

I don't understand what those people were thinking. Sit down at an AIC concert? No, Layne would not approve.

Yea, most people were sitting for this show too....very strange. But, the place was packed and as the show went on, people began to wake up and get louder. Lots of cameras, and the pushy-ass security crew was quick to scold anyone who held up their camera or phone too long in fear that they were recording video. They even pulled a guy that was sitting 2 rows behind me 'cause he was recording video (or he was holding up his camera too long).....I'm guessing they confiscated his camera because after a few minutes he was back in his seat, but I didn't see his camera for the rest of the show.

Anyhoo, I will try to get my recording up Sunday night and post more info about the show, setlist, etc....all that. :thumb:

Hey Wes, just wanted to say thanks again for the recording. I just started listening to it in my truck and it will be a great listen on my way to see them this Saturday. I won't be recording them but I will be taking plenty of pics from the 11th row that will hopefully come out as good as my VH pics from 07/08. I even bought a new camera with a 10x zoom for the occasion. The camera used for the VH was only a 3x zoom.
