So far, this cat has stiffed myself and BIGTOMIE. His name is Adam Osbourne, and he has a page hosted by vhvault. Unfortunately, I was too trustworthy, and sent discs assuming he was as well at the same time. Amazingly enough, at approximately the time he should have rec'd my discs, he stopped replying to emails. (Same situation for you too, Tom ?) In any case, keep your distance. He has since updated said web page to reflect his gains from (at least) us two suckers.

Oh, and BTW - lesson learned !

Thats good to know.
I assumed that if you were trading with someone registered at the VH vault you would not get stiffed on a trade. They have some really great traders registered there.
I guess there are bad people everywhere..

I sent him Magic Mountain in April. I'll just learn from this and move on. One disk won't kill me.

That's bullshit! I feel offended as a member of the Vault. I have always vouched for other vault members. I thought it was a given; a sub-community within the community. Has anyone contacted Jerel? As web-master I feel he could kill his page less the boy pays up! I have initiated several trades with other vault members without concern just because they too were on the vault! I think the vault members and people that are members of this board should have a good rep; espicially if your page is hosted by the vault. That's what it's for; not to rip people off!!! I don't know why, but I'm offended bad by this!!!

Dog and Tom, what did you get ripped, maybe I can help you out; I've got some extra blanks! I'd be happy to alleviate at least some of your loss!(All I do anymore are 2fors, so I can part with a few discs!!!)

I appreciate you standing up for the site, just as I would. It is in no way your fault, nor do I expect or would I accept any compensation from you on his behalf. He's the slug, and you guys are all stand-ups cats in my book, and have no responsibility. I will always think highly of the vault, as I do this site. Here's his web page...

I think it's really cool how you guys stand up for the site - quite honorable. I know I'll chalk this up to a learning experience, and move on. Out of all the most excellent trades I've had thus far with some of you, this bad experience pales in comparison, and will soon be forgotten.
