Hello everyone, this is Kenneth Beahan #234. I am having a problem with a leaf on a previous tree After Zero. His name is Bill Pobedinsky. You all have read his post. I am not a Bad Trader. I am gonna show you all the e-mail I sent him this morning at 3:43am.
After that, I will show you his 2 e-mail replies. You people be the judge, his e-mails are very similar to the 5 or 6 that I talk about in my e-mail. I want my name cleared, because I did nothing wrong. Hear is my e-mal to Bill, then I will show you his e-mails back to me. 3:43 am.

Hello Bill, I can't believe that you put my name up as a bad trader. Origanally, you sent out your end of the trade 1st. I recieved the Cow Palace show, and I sent you an e-mail saying thank you, but it did have 2 sec. gaps. I don't have all my e-mails, but I do have a copy of an e-mail 3/9/03. It basically says that I got the After Zero cd's on Saturday. And I would send you out the After Zero cd's on Monday, as soon as I got your addy.
When you sent me the first cd's, I threw out the envelope with your addy on it. That is why on 3/9/03 I was asking for your addy. If you remember, when you sent out the second batch of cd's, you sent them with no addy, just my addy.
From that point on, I asked you at least 4-5 times for your addy, and you sent me an e-mail with a 3 digit code or symbol. Your cd's have been sitting on my computer desk, sealed in an envelope since that day. I don't have your addy, and after sending you countless e-mails, you keep sending me that 3 digit code or symbol.
I don't feel that this is my fault, and if you sent me your addy, you would have had the cd's a long time ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been in many many trees before, and NEVER BURNED ANYBODY BEFORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have many e-mail addy's I can give you if you would like, and you can e-mail those people, and see how I treated them. Please let me know if you would like them. I would be happy to give them to you.
If you send me your addy, not that 3 digit code or symbol, I would be happy to send these out to you ASAP. Again in closing, I don't feel this was my fault at all. I asked for your addy not a 3 digit code. I would really appreciate it if you find the time to post a letter to the group explaining what happened here, because I AM NOT A BAD TRADER, AND NEVER WILL BE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please clear my name of this mistake. I would greatly appreciate it. And if you want those people I have traded with please let me know, I have nothing to hide.

Don't mean to butt in or anything, but I've traded with Ken and Bill. When I traded with Ken on the "3" tree, it went well, his PC got a virus and took a little extra time, no big deal really, but got my discs fine.

Bill is an awesome trader. He gave me my first big VH trade, and I think he took some discs he really didn't want from me and he hooked me up with some great shows when I had virtually nothing, and we've dealt a couple of times since, so he's tops. :thumb:

Hopefully, this is just a misunderstanding that can get cleared up :thumb:

I've dealt with Ken before on other trees.. he's a perfectly good trader.

Things happen: Miscommunications, PC/burner problems, family, job..blah, blah, blah. Things don't always go smoothly.

Bad traders, of which I've never had to deal with in this community, are the guys that never have any intention of trading, and disappear once they get their CD's... Ken never did that.

Quite honestly.. this is the best trading community I know. I'm in others that don't seem as friendly and helpful. Everyone around here usually is on the same page with minor bumps in the road here and there.

Here is an e-mail dated March 10th, to prove that you had my address.
I deleted my actual street off of the bottom. This email was never responded to.
You can say it was but it wasnt.
At this point I dont even care about the discs. I NEVER received 1 email from you since March 9th.

There have been enough positive posts about you to clear your name.

I have been in touch with Ken and want to clear the air.

For some reason e-mails were not received on both ends.

I have enough positive feedback to clear him for any wrong doing.

He has offered to make good on the trade and that is all that I can ask for....

I've received e-mails from both marfish5150 and rocknrollvideo, and this feuding should now be over. I've also taken the liberty of deleting both of their posts out of this thread since they didn't belong.
