I'd post the info here on the site, but the essays I have written explaining my experiences with these two scumbag bad traders might be too long to post here. Please check out my bad trader page for more info!

Thanks for reading and happy trading!!

I can appreciate your disappointment, and anger over being scammed in a trade, (it's happenned to me as well), but I can't help getting a little pissed off when I read shit like "one rotten apple spoils the whole barrel.. don't trade with people from Canada with a free e-mail addy".
I've been burned, (fortunately only once), by an American "trader" who also had a free e-mail addy. Yes, I was pissed, just as you are, but I'm not going to generalize by categorizing all American traders, (99.9% of whom I consider great people, as well as traders), as a "bunch of rotten apples".
Unfortunately, 50% of trading is based on good faith. Sometimes the good faith isn't there, and shit happens. It's maddening, ( I got burned for 3 video boots), but you move on, and keep trading.
Anyways, peace bro, and may all your future trades work out perfectly. Bear in mind however, "one Canadian apple does not a spoiled Canadian barrel make". ;)

I am sorry. I think Canadians are cool folks. I was steamed when I wrote that essay up 18 months ago. I've deleted the bad apple line and modified the free email address warning.

Hope this clears things up!

Keep on rockin and happy trading!

Milam,
Don't you think you went over the top with the one kid? I mean really, the google links you supplied are nothing more than replies to your original warning. No reports of other people being ripped off. One person even mentioned the word slander. Honestly guy... LET IT GO!

This kinda fanatical stuff is one of the main reasons I don't trade anymore except for tree's of new stuff and only if I know the branch supplying it. It's just not worth it anymore.

Glad you laid off the Canadians to. Iv'e never had a bad trade with ANYONE from Canada!!

 :furious:

Is it just me or does it seem like Milan gets involved with bad trades or bad traders a little too disproportionately? I'm not knocking Milan; I've never heard a bad comment about his trading practices...I'm just making a comment, that's all. It just seems a little odd though that's he's had such a run of bad luck.

Guys,

That kid Rinehart is not a good trader. Please trust me. There are posts from a few Aerosmith fans on that google link that I provided. Go ask about Rinehart in the GNR forums, www.chinesedemocracy.com , and www.newgnr.com
David has a reputation for being a dishonest trader(thief). From what I've heard Rinehart's reputation is even worse in the Aerosmith trading groups. Here are some links for proof...
http://groups.google.com/groups?q=david+rinehart&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&selm=a4loqa%24g6s%241%40dinkel.civ.utwente.nl&rnum=8

and

I do admit that I do get really angry when I get ripped off, I believe that when someone screws you over you should get even. Doesn't matter if the person who scammed you is 16 or 60.

I've learned my lesson and now only trade with people who I know are trustworthy.

I will again state my opinion on Canadian folks, they are cool and I would trade with someone out of Canada if I knew them. I have traded with several folks out of Canada since the Jordan Taylor experience. What I meant by being careful about trading with people using a free email address out of Canada, was that it could be Taylor striking again.

Neil, I did let it go....

I am only replying to your post to prove my point.

I feel I have a responsibility to the trading community to report bad traders. What is wrong with that?

Milan,
You got the word out. But posting his full name, address and phone number on the net and inviting people to crank call him is pretty assinine.
You're just inviting trouble for yourself when you do crap like that.

Thats pushing it way to far dude.

Yes you got the warning out. Leave it at that.
Forget the kid. Don't screw up your Karma dude.
Peace.

Yea, there's a difference between notifying people and "beating a dead horse" as they say. I'm totally for reporting bad experiences, it helps everybody, but there's no need to go overboard with it.

[quote] Quote: Thanks, I was starting to think I was the only one that felt this way. No, you're definitely not the only one. We've ALL been burned/screwed, and I've been burned by trading other things, too. Just one of the hazards, and a BIG reason to do small trades initially and/or only trade with people who have good reputations. It's one thing to get the word out, tell the world about your experiences, and vent. But let it end there.
