I hate to do this...but almost 2 months on a trade is excessive especially since you don't return my e-mails.

I would like to reinforce this post.
I mailed them some discs in February and have heard nothing but excuses.
Steve on several occasions claims the discs will arrive and Paul is a little harded to get ahold of but claims the same.
I will revoke this when the discs arrive. |

| Hey all you guys are trading with paul not me. Paul aka Paul Rox runs the Metallica parts of my site at geocities.com/uzisuicide2002 and helps me out with alot of my site since i deal with alot of Guns N'Roses people. I have just started to get back in to Van Halen now that the whole gn'r 2002 tour has ended and all the boots are in and other bands as you can see on my site. I do not fuck people over. Its just there is alot going on and its hard to find time sometimes to get things done as some of you must know. Thats why me and paul work togther. Paul did send out the discs you and him trade for but you never got them. Paul will be mailing them out to you today. You will get your discs. I'm very sorry about this and i am a very good trader. |

Let me take all the heat for this. Don't blame Steve for a damn thing. It's ME that you've been trading with, NOT HIM!!! I don't check my emails often, but do get my business done eventually. The only thing me and Steve have in common trading wise is that we run the same website. Two different addresses for two different people whom you're dealing with. I DON'T GIVE A DAMN IF PEOPLE FROM HERE EVER TRADE WITH ME AGAIN, it was a good hobby while it lasted for me, but DON'T GET OTHER PEOPLE INVOLVED THAT HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH HOW I (AND ONLY I) CONDUCT BUSINESS.
I AM THE ONE THAT HAS NOT GOTTEN THINGS DONE RIGHT AND THAT IS MY FAULT AND NO ONE ELSE'S. As for the people that have no recieved my stuff yet - to certain people my stuff has already been sent and supposedly has not been recieved. For other traders, you're stuff is on the way this week.
I can give you a ton of excuses why things have gone awry - from college classes and exams that are crushing me and other personal problems, money troubles, etc. but no one will want to hear that. There's a time and a place for life and the same thing can be applied to business. As it has been for the past few weeks, there has been no time nor place for business.
GO TO THE SOURCE OF ALL THE PROBLEMS BEFORE YOU GO POINTING FINGERS AT OTHERS, ESPECIALLY PEOPLE THAT I KNOW. IF THERE'S ANYONE TO BLAME HERE, IT SHOULD BE ME AND ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ELSE. |

Guys,
I hated to do this because you both seem like cool people to me. However, I have yet to receive my discs and its been two months. I too am working a full time job, taking graduate courses, have two uncles recently in the hospital, etc. Life happens, but I still managed to keep my word. All I want is my discs. That is the only thing that will solve this.
The problem is I've been recently screwed on another trade by a webmaster of a Metallica site. I got the same replies from him I got from both of you, which are the "they'll be sent this week", "I promise", "you'll get them don't worry", etc.
I'll make sure your name is cleared if I get my discs. Until then . . . |

Stop making excuses and make good on the trade.
How long does it take to burn a few cds ?
VanJay, I have been screwed on some trades (Not with these guys though) and it just plain sucks.
I feel your pain... |

| I agree with Punk....If you have the time to make excuses on why you don't have time to complete a trade, then you should not be trading. Take some time off and don't accept any new trades until you have the time. |

Hi Guys,
Traded with Paul back in Feb 03 - a couple of Providence shows (my end) for a couple of videos (his end). Two months later - I was going to write it off and had forgotten about it until Paul reminded me this week.
If Paul makes good - sweet - people handle life's problems differently. But I would have him mail his end first from now on.
But as the man said "Sh!t or get off the pot" :thumb:

I traded with Paul earlier this year, and he stopped replying to some e-mails as he said he rearly checked his mail.
He got his end, bout 2 months later, I recieved my end. So he did make good on my trade, if a little late. |

You know, as a general rule before my burner went on the fritz I *never* mailed out discs when trading with someone I'm not familiar with.
I usually waited until I received the merchandise before sending anything out. |

I usually waited until I received the merchandise before sending anything out. You know...this works, unless both traders don't know each other. Then no one ever sends anything. I usually abide by that rule...but on this board I have had such good luck I overlooked it.
