Well, I gave him 1 week to reply to my last e-mail. No reply...It's been almost 4 months!!
It finally had to happen. He's lucky he's from Brazil. That's all i'll say about that. It's only 5 discs, but I see that he has them cause they're on his trade page.Another thing that's funny, is that he removed his link from the e-mail's. Fuckin' Punk!!!!! :sus:

Marlin,
I'm sorry for hearing that the bastard stiffed ya because it's happened to me before and it's no fun but I figure sooner or later it was gonna happen. You just put it behind you and you learn from it but seeing people like you and Mac is what makes this forum soooo great!!! I am glad I found this room and thankful for the people I have met in here. :thumb: :thumb:

Well after a little hell raising on a few message boards. He finally replied with this:

Marlin,

I'm sure something wrong happenned with our trade.
I already sent your stuff twice and you haven't got 'em.

Let's try to clear this up.. If you want to, I can send you a money order, so you won't get ripped off.
Let me know.

I wrote him back saying I just want the CD's. Put A tracking sticker or insure it. Something!
Hopefully, this will be settled.
Oh, the lameness of being known as a shit trader!!!

RNRV - I officially retract and apologize. I did after all get my package! :)

I'd close 'er up if I could, but I can't.
I thought Diego Rufino was the new VH album title....Or was it Tubula Rasa, or something like that ;)

Sorry for getting on this so late.

I was trading him for some audio (the same BOD demos) He got mine, but I never got his. He said he resent, but again I never did get the demos. I totally forgot about it until I saw this post.

We'll I'm still in the process of dealing with him. Last we spoke he said he has yet to receive my package and it's been I would say a month. He said that he was waiting to send my package that is already done till he received mine. I have sent another e-mail about a week ago and have yet to hear back from him.

It sounds like things just take awhile to get to Brazil but I've been trading for awhile out of the country and so far this is the only questionable trade. I have yet to say he's either a good trader or a bad trader cause it remains to be seen.

Just thought I would tell my story. :uhoh:

I have been updated by him today and said he received my package and mine will go out tomorrow. My confidence has been restored about 50%, now I just need to get mine and it's all good.

Hi all:

I've known Diego for quite a while, although, I've only started trading via mail, and my first trade was with Diego and as far as I know my stuff is on the way. I've not heard much bad about him until reading this, and I sent him the link to this so that he can clear up his name, I hope things work out for the best for all...
