how do I put an image in the post? sorry is this is obvious question but i'm just wondering. thanks.

Simply add a <BLOCKQUOTE><font size="1" face="Tahoma, Verdana">code:</font><HR><pre>[img][/img]</pre><HR></BLOCKQUOTE> around the URL of the image you want to show.
