It may not have been VH's best performance but it certainly was their most famous. Has it really been 20 long years? Anyway, just in time for the big anniversary, here are some assorted 1983 US Festival pictures:

| I'm proud to say I was there and I will never forget that day or that weekend. I was about 15 yrs old and I can still remember the 2 mile hike and crossing a busy freeway just to get to the place. The 1st thing you saw when you walked in was the ocean of people!!!! Then the 2+ hours we had to wait after the Scorpions finished just to see VH. I can still picture everything till this date and this weekend my friends and I are gonna watch some of the US video I have collected all these years...Ory |
