| Okay,
I've had 8 people (including myself) offer their services to be branches, but I picked 5 of them at "random". Since there's always an "uneven" number of signups I've split up the leaves in groupings of 5,5,4,4, and 4. The tree is as follows:
Seed/Root/Trunk: Uncle Ted/Fabio (fmguarda@hotmail.com)
Branch: ScottRoberts (sroberts@jcn1.com):

Leaves:
Scratch (jmcalloway@hotmail.com)
Bigtrouble (lonniew@eudoramail.com)
RothFan (dlrrules@hotmail.com)
Big Bad Bill (wfennes@hotmail.com)
Benito (bmondez5150@hotmail.com)
Branch: Jeff Frain (frainy36@hotmail.com):
Leaves:
Tony (vhrules@bellsouth.net)
HalenUpNorth (secretsof5150@aol.com)
Junglestud2001 (junglestud2001@aol.com)
Neil/FullBugAZ (fullbugaz@vhvault.com)
Winkley (Winkley@bigfoot.com)
Branch: Will Halen (stevens@urlink.net):
Leaves:
Nando (nnsp515@yahoo.com)
Ken Gutkowski (kendeb13@mediaone.net)
cpanter (cpanter1@netzero.net)
Glenn (glenn5150@powersurfr.com)
Branch: alexander-mogilny (mogilnydevil@aol.com):
Leaves:
chicagobones (chicagobones88@hotmail.com)
RichieD (dumstorff4@yahoo.com)
Diver Down NJ (SnowDog75@aol.com)
Eddie5150 (Eddie5150@hotmail.com)
Branch: Blu (blufam@si-net.com):

Leaves:
Michael Colley (mcc7k@virginia.edu)
KNUCKLEBONES (lgmedler@hotmail.com)
John Pellerito (jpell5@optonline.net)
bkenealy (bkenealy@aol.com)

What everyone needs to do now is immediately contact your leaves if you're a branch, and vice versa. It is up to the each branch and each of his individual leaves to figure what kind of deal you would like to make. You can do 1:1 trades (and show each other your trade lists); you can do 2:1 with blanks (since this is a 2 CD-R set, it would be 4:2 technically ;)); you could even do 1:1 B&P's. The details are up to you and it is each branch's responsibility to make sure everything is set up.
The same goes for Fabio and the five branches. If you're a branch, e-mail him at fmguarda@hotmail.com to initiate a trade.
If you're a leaf, give the branches some time to receive their discs first. Once your branch is in possession of the discs and can start copying them, you can mail your trades then.
Here's a few rules:

Burn your discs at DAO (Disk-At-Once), NO EXCEPTIONS. It's common sense, and no one likes to listen to something with huge gaps in between each song.

Burn at the slowest speed your recorder will allow and LISTEN to disc before you send it to ensure there are no flaws in the recording.

Everyone should keep in contact with your trade partner(s) at all times and let 'em know what's going on. Check your e-mail daily and and don't forget to look for any PM's in your forums profile.

Try to work out any problems amongst yourselves first. If for some reason something cannot be resolved in this manner, THEN post any problems on this board.

If you have any further questions, refer to the tree explanation page ( http://www.vhtrading.com/tapetrees.html ), or reply to this post. |

In the occurance that you don't have a HQ printer, you may want to ask your branch if he will print you out copies of it.
I'll have both lower and higher quality version of the artwork to d/l. Expect them in the next few days. |
