That doesn't sound familiar to me. Is your computer a Windows or MAC ? If it is Windows I'd say use EAC and do Disc Image and Cue Sheet extraction. You should then be able to use EAC again to burn the discs. EAC doesn't work on MAC though so if that is your system I dunno.

I'm not familiar with that software either. I sent a reply to your email with a link to the EAC site.

If you happen to be running MAC, I don't know any freeware, but people have told me to go ahead and invest in a copy of Toast to make copies with, they say it works really well.

EAC is the ticket... Best for flawless extractions and burning (if supported by your burner). Make sure you set up the configurations and error correction! The Coaster Factory has an excellent tutorial for set up once installed.

Definitely Toast on a Mac, though I-tunes works fine if you have OS X.

Thanks guys...
I downloaded the EAC but didn't feel comfortable using it for the JB4E tree, as I was afraid I would screw 'em up.I figured out how to do it om my Musicmatch.I will mess around with the EAC for future trades.I got 'em done and am mailing this morning....
Thanks again!

Every trader here should master using EAC. Its the best way to ensure the copy of an audio disc. If you are copying a data disc, then it doesn't matter what program you use. The common belief is that audio discs and data discs are the same. They aren't. EAC ... only way to go.

Yep, EAC should be installed on every trader's computer. It's free, it's relatively easy to use, and it creates perfect copies. :thumb:

Since this is a more technical-oriented question, I'll move this topic over to Trade Chat...
