Not all the traders on that tree got the discs. How about we start up a new tree for this show. I was at the show, on the tree and would really like to get a copy of the discs.

Tell ya what- If you were on the original tree for this show and do not yet have the discs, send me an email, and I'll personally take care of you.

If there is enough demand from other traders, surely we can do another tree. :thumb:

What is the sound quality like?

I was on the branch with CLARK W GRISWOLD who pulled a disappearing act once the tree started.

I wasn't on the original tree, nor have I ever been on a CD-R tree (did trees back in the day of Maxell XL-IIs), but would like to get involved in a Dave/Sammy tree.

Well after 6+ months of waiting, I finally got this show from another trader. This tree never happened.

I do have a question though. How many discs was the original tree? I got 1 Sammy and 1 DLR disc. I think it's the complete show, but am wondering if there was more than one source for the show.

hey,

i manage to receive the same set as Ron from another trade... never got the ones from the tree...

but i have one question... the sound quality is kinda poor on this set, i remember a rumor that someone, besides Lead Synth, were cleaning and remastering his source... is it true, did it happen, do we have a better set for this date???

i'm asking you this cause, as many of you know, i'm from brazil and this is the only time i've attended to a vh-related gig... so this means A LOT to me...

thanks!

I'm sorry you guys had such a bad experience with this tree. I think we ALL learned never to set up a tree without having the source discs available. It was ugly from the get-go, but I did offer to send these discs to anyone from the tree that asked, and no one contacted me. Also, when you recommended re-treeing it, it was offered as well. The offers still stand.

The original tree was the two discs, and the quality is just not there. If another source exists, I have not been made aware of it.

Using the cover art that Jared Smith created, I made up some rear/back artwork and put it in the Misc artwork section:

thanks! I got my set from Maya, so I know they were the ones supposed to be treed. The quality really wasn't there like I thought it would be, very distant sounding if I remember correctly.
