I saw a commercial on tv today that they're going to be airing a Sammy's concert on tv tonight. 10 PM Pacific. I'll tape it on VHS and let everyone know what it is. If it hasn't already been authored I'd gladly give it up to someone at this site to do. Later Alan

I just checked it out. It's the Comcast channel, who is my cable provider. I'm already set to go. I'll post as soon as I see the opeing highlights that I'm sure will post the date of the show etc... From what I saw of the commercial it looked like it was at the earliest 2002. I'll be back at 1005 PST. :thumb: Later Alan

I guess this show is titled " The long road to Cabo". So far it is a documentary of the Sam and Dave tour. He's been talking about how he put his band together, being on tour with Dave and getting to play again with Michael Anthony. The first song in the set was Shaka Doobie and now Round and Round with Michael on bass. Later Alan

I tried to tape the show last night. It was cancelled.The show "last call" was on for an extra 2 hrs cause of Saddam's Caputre :thumb:

| This was commercially released last September. the DVD is a two disc set and has a LOT of extras. It is worth checking out for any Sammy fan. |

| Yeah, there was a thread (at the forums maybe) and it's disc one of the dvd set (or maybe most of disc 1). |

| ya, it was on a channel called "music choice" in the bay area. very cool, i guess it was, like blu said, part of the dvd set.....i think i will go purchase the complete set now...lots of back stage footage. |

It's a pretty cool DVD; bunches of extras including a good collection of videos, and even..... well... have you ever wondered what a cooking show with Sammy would be like? Wonder no more.
So, did the cable braodcasts show the bare titties at all, or just fuzz them out? |

All I did was check the integrity of the tape just to see if my tape job worked. I haven't watched it yet. Since this is sold comercially I'll go out and buy it. Are they nice tits? ha ha Later Alan
