Apologies to Scott for plagiarizing the following from the Peoria Tree. But why mess with a good thing?

What everyone needs to do now is immediately contact your leaves if you're a branch, and vice versa. It is up to the each branch and each of his individual leaves to figure what kind of deal you would like to make. You can do 1:1 trades (and show each other your trade lists); you can do 2:1 with blanks (since this is a 2 CD-R set, it would be 4:2 technically); you could even do 1:1 B&P's. The details are up to you and it is each branch's responsibility to make sure everything is set up.

You'll need to find out the contact information for the people you're trading with, such as e-mail addresses. Look them up on the Memberlist. If you yourself have not supplied an e-mail in your profile, please contact your branch and give them the proper contact info.

If you're a leaf, give the branches some time to receive their discs first. Once your branch is in possession of the discs and can start copying them, you can mail your trades then.

Here's a few rules:

Burn at a slow speed and LISTEN and WATCH (since they're also videos) to the discs before you send them to ensure there are no flaws in the recording or artifacts in the picture (compare your source disc[s] for picture quality).

Everyone should keep in contact with your trade partner(s) at all times and let 'em know what's going on. Check your e-mail daily and don't forget to look for any PM's in your forums profile.

Try to work out any problems amongst yourselves first. If for some reason something cannot be resolved in this manner, THEN post any problems on this board.

I've already touched base with our hosts and have setup the trade to get the discs. I'm posting my end out on Wednesday at the latest (not sure if the PO is open on election day).

So Saturday or Monday they should be here.

Send a link to your fine list or attach it. No list, no problem send 4 brand name blanks (2:1). Be sure to include your snail mail address as I will pick up the mailers and pre-address them.
