Scott, can I ask you what the average time of analyzing each molecule is on your computer? So far I've logged in over 19 hours (I leave mine running overnight), but my first and only task so far is up to only 2% complete. I've noticed you've logged in a lot of hours and have already gotten some points back. Just curious.

So far the UD Agent has used about 3 days and 18 hours of CPU time for me. I've completed several moleclues so far. Each molecule I've received has taken maybe 12 hours a piece (an estimate; I've haven't kept that close of an eye on it). What kind of processor and how much memory do you have? Do you have any other programs or processes running when your's in on?

Each "molecule" is one task your computer completes, and then sends the data back and receives + starts with new one...I think :)

I have a 400 Mhz computer with 128 of RAM. I have no extra processes going on (besides virus scan). It's 63 hours but it's only 5% done for me.

It's been almost a month and my first task is nearly done. I hope the next one is a helluva lot faster... :(
