Wanted to jump on here b4 I got in the shower, it was so awesome, I can't even describe. My seat was...........
SECTION - A
ROW - A
SEAT - 1 (it was on Ed's side!!!!!)
I'll take a pic of my ticket tommorow so ya'll can see it first hand, Neil nearly flipped when I opened my envelope. I gave him a little scare when I opened lol!! 400 dollar subway coupon lol
Coolest part, Sam sit down right in front of me during ATBL and signed stuff (mine included), I felt a tap on my shoulder after he finished with mine, this HOT woman (not a girl, WOMAN) was behind me, she proceded to pull her top down for me and motioned she wanted it signed, I cleared a spot for her needless to say (I'm a big guy), Sam started laughing and he waved her off, I was pointing and screaming "Sign her tits!!". He just shook his head laughing. |

LOL! No, being right on the side, security was everywhere, I thought about taking a disposable, but I said the hell with it, I may miss a memory trying to take a pic (which I'm horrible at) :D
The solo was ending when she showed up, so Sam was about to get up to sing again is why he didn't sign. But I know me and Sam both appreciated her attempts, she had glitter on them!!!!!!! |

The show was awesome, some other highlights for me:
I had on my black Peavey Wolfgang cap, and sitting all the way on Ed's side, it caught his attention several times, I got several smiles and a couple of thumbs up on that :D When he did his little run across the front, he was staring straight at me and had the biggest smile you ever saw, the coolest thing. He was honestly having a blast.
People have mentioned his cutting back on smoking on the forums, I could see him way b4 he come out on stage, and everytime he had a cig, he'd usually put it out b4 he went out there, it's a tough habit to break, so people just need to back off and give him time with it.
The place was hopping, AWA was full, I mean full, and place was going ape shit. Sam mentioned it was probably the best stop so far, it had to have been on of the larger crowds, and everyone was really into it. I'm so hoarse today it's crazy, I'm pretty loud when I want to be, some guy in the ring turned and looked at me a couple of times and laughed, he could hear me over the amps, maybe Ed noticed that is why kept laughing when he looked at me :D or maybe it was the wine lol
Songs of the night: (same setlist)
They're hard to pick, b/c everybody was into all of them, the place was even screaming the lyrics to Eagles Fly.
Unchained - Smokin, I mean, that song just rocks. Crowd was extremely into it, I know I was.
ATBL - Of course, song is awesome, and I got some titty love
Panama - I know some mentioned they're tired of it, but that's probably their best live song IMO. During the intro, my jeans were vibrating and my chest was about to explode, awesome stuff.
Humans Being - Smoker, I love that song
Poundcake - Finally got to see it up close and personal, I love the solo, and the chick that snuck up front beside me really liked it, and I liked that she liked it lol
UFB - Sammy came running around the ring and stopped right over me and did that "Tappin that ass" thing right over me, funny stuff
Just an overall great evening. ILAA disappointed me until I got my ticket. They didn't have their shit together last night for the soundcheck seemed like, but it was cool. Bought the eagle tour shirt (I told Neil it was too redneck for me to pass up). The Frankenstrat keychain, the wallet (very cool). I also bought the Kramer guitar pin, already got it on my smock for work. So if you ever go in a Walgreens and the pharmacist has a big Frankenstrat guitar pin on his coat, that's me :D |

Rebel,
I had a blast hangin with you bud! I agree that ILAA was a little disorgainzed, it was kinda cool that I knew one of the local girls that was working for them.... I tried to butter her up for the gold ring upgrade but I noticed that the guy that traveled from belgium that was with our group got upgraded. No big deal though because I thought that the seats I had were a hell of a lot better. All in all it was one of the most amazing VH show I've ever been to. |

I guess Sam wasn't up for breakfast, let alone dessert. :D Glad you had a great time, Rebel! |
