  :furious: Damn it!!! I had 3rd row seats to Charlotte!! I will be in deep depression for many weeks now :uhoh: WTF!!! Well, if I was a bettin' man... I'd say this is why:
1. I check the TM site just a week ago and you could still get floor seats at the back...so maybe sales were less than expected so far...but geesh, it's like another month away.
2. They already pulled in most of the VH faithful at the Greensboro show...it's so close.
3. Only the die-hards like myself were willing to put up with the ticket prices for a second round in the neighborhood.
4. Charlotte, Columbia are so close together and the populations only so big...can't see them selling 12-15k seats to both.... should be able to...but maybe they speculated they couldn't.
I don't buy in to the "scheduling conflict" crap! |

I wonder if this has anything to do with the Baltimore situation. Maybe they are reworking the routing again... |

Dude that sucks "Big Time"!!
3rd row usually means a trip to the scalper round here and a big dive in the pocket.
I would try a "ticket broker" for some single seats depending how many are going - little less $ and they want to dump em when the show is real close.
Still in the back is better than the parking lot.
Good Luck Red!!

The Charlotte show was Sept 14th... not sure but I think the Columbia show was either the 12th or 13th.
Anyway, I actually scored those tix through the AOL pre-sale. Obviously there's no way to reproduce that effort now....not for any show. 5-star and 4-star are just too much for me right now...single income with 2 kids...and building on to my house. Just can't afford to take a day and a half off from work...in the middle of the week, drive a few hundred miles... just for so-so seats. Yes, inside is better than outside... but dang, with all the DVD's coming through here... most of us will end up with a DVD of about every other show anyway :thumb: Go tapers! |

| About a week ago they ended up adding more tickets for the Staples Center on Friday and Saturday and they were decent seats. It sucks for the people who spent $$$$ from a ticket broker because it was sold out to find out that more tickets went on sale a week ago...Ory |

Hey Ory,
You got that right - TM does that alot - I am just too paranoid about the wait.
What fries me are the venues that presell the first 10 - 20 rows (sometimes more) to companies. It used to be wait in line for hours and hours to be rewarded with those killer seats :(
Feeling bad for Red,
Bill |

| About a week ago, I spoke to a friend that works at the Coliseum and was told that tickets sales for the Charlotte show were extremely 'Soft'. This isn't to be taken as a 'slam' against VH! There are quite a few shows that have been seeing poor ticket sales. |

| Yeah, based on the TM site... they were looking soft. But hey, they opened the tour like 75 miles away... beyond the die-hards, probably can only get so many more to come. Plus they had added Greenville, SC to the list way before Charlotte... and it's litteraly like down the highway a bit. Should have known!! :yell:  |
