Hi Dr. M,
Doing a tree is pretty straight forward.
You make a signup thread (let it run for a week or so) have the people give their name email addy etc.. and ask for branches and leaves. At the end of signup divide up the leafs per the number of branches you have. You then have to get a copy out to the branches (with whatever arraingements you make: Trade, blanks, free :) ). From there post a tree structure which is really who is a branch and what leafs they have. This is so they can contact each other.
Its not hard and people here will help ya if you ask!
