I am a branch on the Extreme DVD.I have only been in contact with two of my leafs.Since the thread got erased I don't have the user names or email addresses of the other three leafs.So if you are one of those three people please drop me a line at mhnyr2000@hotmail.com so we can work things out.I am expecting the DVD to come from my branch later this week.Thanks Mike
