There are eligibility requirements to participate in this tree:
1. You have to have signed up to be a member of the VHTrading Forum on or before 24 Oct 04 (two months).
2. You have to have made at least 20 posts to the forum on or before 24 Dec 04.
This has been discussed at length off-line by several long-time forum members and is a measure being taken to keep the hit-and-run riff-raff from joining the forum specifically to take advantage of trees and freebie offers - never to be seen again until the next tree or freebie offer comes along.
If you don't meet the criteria - just PM or email someone who is getting the shows and set up a trade - that's how you'll build up your feedback rating and become eligible to participate in trees directly. I think this is going to become a regular rule for trees here.
To participate, post the following info:
NAME
EMAIL
LOCATION
BRANCH or LEAF (if branching, burn ability: +, -, or both)
DISC PREFERENCE: +, -, doesn't matter
All branches will get the show from me on -R. Also to be a branch, you must use a PC based burner; no stand alones! If you are one of those that already has this, I would sincerely appreciate it if you'd sign on as a branch.
The tree sign-up will end Sunday January 2, 2005 at 6 PM Pacific/ 9 PM Eastern.
These shows are two DVDs each (to keep the bitrate as high as possible) - filmed and authored by Silver Stallion DVD Productions.

D'OH! :( Have you ever traded with anyone in here before? To include requesting a 2-for-1 blank trades, etc.? Participated in a past tree?
If so, contact that trader (or tree branch) and ask that they give you a rating. As long as you held up your end of the bargain, you shouldn't have a problem getting a decent rating.
This was all going to be explained in great detail - it was all typed out and ready to go. But then the board got hacked and this was in a post made after the point-of-no-return.

Randy--I hope I qualify for Branch--I want to help--I was at the Vegas show and I simply can't wait to see this show! I have branched in several trees and am currently working on my first cdr tree (untill site got hacked-now have to rework some of it)--I can branch as many as needed and am willing to ship to branches overseas if you need that help.

Thanks for the tips, Randy. I've participated as a leaf in several audio and video trees since joining. I just never bothered to ask for a rating from someone. I'm shy. :o
Itz kewl. I'll send out some PM's, and see if someone will help me out for Christmas!
First... time to open up some presents! Santa came to our house!!! |

It'll probably be included on future trees - but not for this one.
Cheers,
