Has anyone traded with Shaun Redsky (orangeburst_369@hotmail.com) or know him? He was supposed to send his end of the trade at the end of November, and he stopped responding to emails nearly two weeks ago. I am cautious at best for now.

that name sounds familiar to me; I think I traded with him a long time ago. I've never had a bad trade from this site so I guess I don't have anything bad to say. Maybe hang in there and keep trying to contact!

Avoid this piece of SH***$#t. He will rip you off blind, He emailed me saying he had shows on my want list, i sent them to him , and he told me he ripped me off, Because i never would have traded with him other wise, then he sent bragging emails for about a month, he is ignorant, and if i could see him, Id knock him out, He changes his addresses quite often too.
I also know 2 others hes grabbed, so good luck on getting what you are owed, Hes a tird!

Dude, thanks for the heads up!!!!

Best thing for you to do is move on and forget about him. Its not worth your time or energy.

Best advice i can give ya is never send first for a new trader. If you cant find the shows you want on this site, then they dont exist.

I can usually get any show that i get asked for. If i dont have it, some of my trader buddies will have it.

Live and Learn...if its to good to be true then it usually is....

I don't know what Shawn s like to trade with thorough the mail but i have met with him in person a few times and he's always had the goods. Very nice and quiet each time i met with him. Now i know he's gong through something personal right now so maybe that's it. I'm not here to defend anyone or put anyone down but that is what i know about him. By chance a change of e-mail might have somethng to do with him moving maybe i don't know. But to send e-mails bragging he burnt you that's not right. Happy trading so just try to shake it and move on!!!!! :D Hope that sheds some light on the situation. :eek:

I've moved on, but I want everyone to know to stay away from this guy. I don't buy the change of email address, it's only been five weeks and he knew how to hold up his end of the bargain. What's a poor boy to do???

Im over it, the bad thing about Shawn Redsky is that he saw my site and wantlist and approached me for some shows in his area. He approached me.
After i said I would tape 4 cds for him , that wasnt enough, thats when he told me he had shows on my wantlist. The thing that I remember the most is him emailing me every day for close to 3 weeks bragging about burning me from 2 different email addresses! , I printed a few and saved them, This was about my worst experience ive had, not loosing a couple lousy cds, but the lying and rubbing it in.
I did learn from this, and was not burned again. I agree with r&r video, if you dont know em, get em first.

I had two people contact me who I didn't know. Asked both of them to send first, never did. Glad I employed that strategy.

Thanks for all the posts gentlemen.....yeah for sure Mike...I'm having a lot of personal marriage problems as we speak and it makes it really hard to keep in touch with the outside world...and I apologize...but c'mon guys cut me some slack...its been a rough christmas for me...almost to the point of just moving on and just drop everything I've ever encountered.
All guys should know what thats like when it comes to stuff like this....just let me handle this Chris...I wish u can understand....its a great gift i got from u...and thats fully appreciated...I'll give u my side of the bargain.....and Kevin?....i still have the blank discs u gave me...great 80 minutes of total silence!! :D

Its ok to rip off 1 person huh, but when you see a whole group talk about you, you want pity! :rolleyes: Keep your sob stories in canada, You admitted at the time the cd s I sent, you recieved, and were great because you atteneded those shows,AND didnt even have the shows you told me you did, and that you ripped me off ! :mad: Now in fromt of a group , they didnt work... :furious: I know its only cheap worthless compact discs, but you came to me, you lied, you never sent , and you rubbed it in and for several weeks! Dont expect any pity here from me bud when you have problems and need anything. Bottom line, I sent, You didnt , you admitted it, and you rubbed it in! :furious: You never made good on it. If you have something to say you can mail me personally, I will not debate the crap you did to me and other traders on this public forum any longer. I probably will delete your email anyhow, because if I remember you sent a few threats my way too while you were rubbing it in plus youve changed your email so many times in 1 month who knows what alias your under now. :o
Bottom line to me, and everyone that i could spread the word about you is :yell: REDSKY = Garbage!! Beware of this trader!!
